If you have purchased a ticket and would like to request a refund, you need to contact our refund centre. From this, we will then be able to process a refund, working with the event organizer. You can refund all of your purchased tickets, or a certain number of them.
Once a ticket is refunded, it is re-listed for sale. This then means other people can purchase the ticket, so we highly advise you are confident you would like to refund. If you have questions, you must contact us.
Refunds are based on the organizer’s terms and conditions. Xentra allows refunds up to 3 days prior to the event, providing that there are no other agreements in place with the organizer.
If the whole event is cancelled, your refund will be processed automatically by our team, within seven days. If you have been waiting longer than 7 days, please contact us.
